Variable dimensions
The image created by light and shadow, as it passes through the pieces, forms the silhouette of a person in a fetal position. The reason for this silhouette and this position in a «no longer fetus» state alludes to the perpetual state of formation in which we find ourselves. Our consciousness is a process and is as causally determined as the body; likewise, our personality is constantly renewing itself.

The time-lapse records the movement of shadows cast by the boards, generated by the sun’s rays and the Earth’s rotation. At 9:00 am, the shadows align and form the silhouette of a person in a fetal position. The reason for this silhouette and this position in a «no longer fetus» state alludes to the perpetual state of formation in which we find ourselves.
